We do this by providing a safe haven filled with hope and opportunity, ongoing relationships with caring adults, and
life-enhancing programs. We serve nearly 14,000 children and teens, ages 6 to 18, in our nine Clubs, and through our programs and partnerships.
i went to the bgcb as a young girl it gave me confidence and kept me on the right path now my children go and it's still a wonderful and caring place i hope they win they deserve the money and will put it to good use

I would do anything for the Boys and Girls Club. With out their influence I would not be the woman I am today! Throughout my childhood and into my teen years they stood by me, kept me out of trouble, gave me a place to go, provided me with life skills and kept me on the right road. I can honestly say the BGCB saved my life. I am honored and proud to say I was a club member.
This is a great orgainization, my girls have got so much out of it!!

I was a member at the South Boston Boys & Girls Club. I have seen many kids turn into wonderful adults. My 7 year old daughter now attends the Club and there is no other place I would want her to grow up. Staff at the Club now are a great bunch of caring people I know my child is in good hands when she is there. The BGCB is a great organization and I am proud to be part of it.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston's Yawkey Club of Roxbury serves nearly 300 members daily. The club staff are dedicated to the education, health and well being of Boston's youth. Professional grade technology skills are taught and utilized under the member Tech Team program. A wonderful environment for youth and staff.
I went to the Chelsea Boy's and Girl's late one afternoon for a meeting. I was amazed at the number of children that were there. The place was full of activit; basketball, homework centers, a theater workshop. I wondered what these kids would be doing if we didn't have this wonderful program in our community and was grateful that we did.
The Boys & Girls Club of Boston is a valuable organization, helping kids become upstanding and responsible citizens. I've seen a great deal of their work and it is amazing what the BGCB can contribute to the lives of young people.
I am member of the B&G Club family. The place provided the right type of guidance I needed while I lived in the inner city. Hope you guys win and are able to provide the same kind of guidance to the youth of Boston. Best of luck!

BGCB has been a very big influence in my everyday choices in terms of moving along into the world. My most important values of giving back to my community have been learned by the amazing staff. When asked about this organization I can't help but say, "The club is an open door of opportunities." I will never think twice about helping the BGCB.

Words cannot express the the magnitude of services, benefits and support that are offered at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston. I speak as an alumni; parent and volunteer whose been connected for a number of years!!! In closing; every child should be a club kid!!! :-)
Boys & Girls Clubs are the best!
The staff at BGCB are the most dedicated group of people you would ever want to meet. They are always thinking of the youth of Boston and Chelsea and trying to come up with ways to make a difference. They challenge themselves daily to provide a safe haven for the youth and to be better people themselves.

Lived in South Boston for many years, and heard only good things about the Club. Visited a few times when I was young, but never "stuck" for one reason or another. Definitely a great cause!

The B & G is a second family for so many in Boston, they are unbelievable!
My son attended the Daniel Marr Boys & Girls club from age 8-15, there is where is love for art was nutured. I think the Club does wonderful things in the community for children, they also took him to DisneyWorld which he may have never gotten the opportunity to do.
The Chelsea Boys and Girls Club has been a great place for my children to develop social skills and athletics. The staff has always been consistant and great to work with.
I'm a volunteer at the Blue Hill Club and Dorchester and I am again and again impressed with youth I work with and the opportunities they come across in the Club.
The South Boston Boys & Girls Club is invaluble, I have had the opportunity to watch three generations of my family excel because of the care and dedication of the staff at SBBGC. Keep up the phenomenal work!

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston do great work. They provide a safe place for kids to hang out together, and they foster harmony and good citizenship. I enjoy volunteering there several times a week. And I support the spirit and mission of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston.

I love the Club and everything this organization stands for! I grew up at the South Boston Clubhouse, and was later named thier Youth of the Year, and then BGCB Youth of the Year and then Massachusetts. This organization saved my life. I spent nearly every afternoon and evening there. It opened all kinds of doors for me, granting me opportunities to experience things I never would have been able to had it not been for the Club, and the staff were like a second family to me. I still consider them important people in my life and even at age 24 I still keep in touch with the people from the Club. I cant say enough about this very important organization. Every child should have a Club!

The Boys and Girls Club of Boston is an inspiring place for children. They learn leadership skills, make new friends and mentors and gain self-esteem while having fun! These kids learn how to give back and motivate others.
I never had a Club where I grew up, but I have been lucky to work in the South Boston Club for over ten years. This has been an invaluable experience and I thank all of the kids and other staff for the wonderful memories!
The Charlestown Boys and Girls Club is a wonderful community, in and of itself. I was a latch key kid and the "Club" was my second home. I am now proud to say that both my children happily attend. I have had nothing but great experiences as both a former member and junior counselor and I am thrilled to see my children doing the same. Thanks for the memories!

BGCB is a wonderful organization. It has been easy working for such an amazing organization with such a genuine commitment to the youth it serves.
It is because of the Jordan Boys and Girls Club in Chelsea that I have been able to work full time and support my family! The staff are like a part of my extended family and I trust them as such! How lucky are we to have this safe place for our children to be every day--where they can be assisted with their education, thrive in theatre and arts, learn how to swim, be a part of sports activities and teams, use state of the art computer equipment and learn about technology....I could go on and on...I'm proud to tell people that I live in Chelsea and that my children go to this incredible Club! Thank you Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston! I couldn't have done it without you!!
The Charlestown Boys & Girls Club is a wonderful place for the kids in Charlestown and also for the parents. The staff is amazing and we know our kids are safe, having fun and with responsible adults. I grew up in the club and my daughter is now a member.
